He studied under Professor Liu Guangsi, a renowned Chinese percussionist and educator, and was the first master's degree holder in Western percussion at the Central Conservatory of Music.

In 2000, I was admitted to the Chinese Philharmonic Orchestra and performed thousands of times with the band, with performances covering various parts of the world.

In 2005, he joined the Li Biao Percussion Orchestra and participated in and created multiple firsts in the history of Chinese percussion. For example, the closing ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the 2017 "the Belt and Road" cultural performance and other important performances.

Since 2008, a percussion summer camp has been held at Zhongshan Music Hall for ten consecutive years, bringing a fun percussion experience to thousands of children.

In 2013, the Nola Music Workshop Training Center was established, and a series of children's percussion courses were designed based on the characteristics of children aged 4-12.

In 2017, he was transferred to Capital Normal University as a percussion teacher, and in 2019, he became a master's supervisor.

In 2018, he won first place in the humanities group of the Basic Skills Competition for Young Teachers at Capital Normal University.

In 2019, representing Capital Normal University, I participated in the first National Music Education Professional Teacher Basic Skills Exhibition and won the first prize in Personal Versatility.

Received the honor of Outstanding Lecturer at Capital Normal University in 2022.

中国爱乐乐团打击乐演奏家 
Nola打击乐教学体系创始人 
     师从我国著名打击乐演奏家、教育家刘光泗教授，是中央音乐学院第一位西洋打击乐硕士。 
     2000年考入中国爱乐乐团，随团演出上千场，演出足迹遍布世界各地。 
     2005年加入李飚打击乐团，参与并创造了中国打击乐史上多个第一。如2008年北京奥运会闭幕式，2017年“一带一路”文艺汇演等重要演出。 
     2008年起连续十年在中山音乐堂举办打击乐夏令营，累计已为数千名孩子带来趣味十足的打击乐体验。 
     2013年创建Nola音乐坊培训中心，根据4-12岁儿童的特点设计了一系列儿童打击乐课程。 
     2017年调入首都师范大学任打击乐教师，2019年任硕士导师。  
     2018年获首都师范大学青年教师基本功比赛文科组第一名。
     2019年代表首都师范大学参加首届全国普通高等学校音乐教育专业教师基本功展示，获个人全能一等奖。
     2022年获首都师范大学优秀主讲老师荣誉。
